Are you considering robotic Process Automation? Do you want to get an overview of the potentials for your organization?

Have you already decided to go ahead with RPA, but are uncertain of where you want to focus your efforts? Then an Analysis project is the next logical step for you.

When you have seen the value with Robotic Process Automation, and want to move on, after a Proof of Concept, it is time for the production phase.

We can also help you with maintenance and development of your automated processes.

We can help you to structure your processes and find creative and sustainable solutions for your challenges.

We can create customized user interface and develope applications to leverage your automated proceses.

Proof of Concept with RPA

Are you considering robotic Process Automation? Do you want to get an overview of the potentials for your organization? Then a Proof of Concept will be a good start. With the Proof of Concept, we develop and implement a pilot in a test environment on your current systems.

What we do:

  • Together we go through some of your processes and choose a suitable candidate to be automated.
  • We examine the process in detail together with you and ensure that the process is adapted for automation.
  • A graphical overview of the selected process is prepared.
  • We develop the automation of the process for the RPA robot, which will work on your applications and in your system environment.
  • Finally, we test the automated process together with you.

Analysis of processes

Have you already decided to go ahead with RPA, but are uncertain of where you want to focus your efforts? Then an Analysis project is the next logical step for you.

What we do:

Depending on how many processes and departments you want us to work with, the amount of time will vary. We help you to identify your processes, analyze and evaluate them.

We map your processes based on their suitability for RPA and potential benefits they might gain with automation. We examine the processes based on how they are handled by you currently.

Focus will be on the process rather than on the systems, however, it is also possible to add a system check using the RPA tool UiPath. An Analysis project will result in a larger list of processes than a Proof of concept will.

From idea to production with RPA

When you have seen the value with Robotic Process Automation, and want to move on, after a Proof of Concept, it is time for the production phase.

How do your organization look like?

This phase can vary considerably, depending of the type of your organization, and what ambitions you have with RPA.

Regardless of your ambitions and your organization, the following areas are to be considered and prepared for.

Questions to be answered:

  • How are you organized around RPA?
  • How do you want to document your processes?
  • What elements should you include in a business case?
  • How should you prioritize which processes to automate?
  • What are your plans regarding development and documentation in the future?
  • Who will be the owner of the installation and the processes?
  • How do you ensure the maintenance of automated processes?
  • How are you going to follow-up on the results?

What we can do in the production phase:

We are happy to assist you in answering the above questions. We can also help you with major parts of the automation by:

  • Building a Business Case (appropriate processes for automation)
  • Create documentation and overview of a process that can be automated
  • Stand for system installation tailored to your needs
  • Develop the processes
  • Maintain processes in production

Process counseling

With our broad experience of business systems, financial management, reporting, logistics, service, digitalization, process optimization and project management, we can help you to structure your processes and find creative and sustainable solutions for your challenges.

The focus is on the processes

Often, you don’t need to purchase new systems to solve challenges in your processes. By looking at entire processes and on how employees and systems interact, we can ensure that you work efficiently and, in a value-adding manner.

Software development

Regarding software development, we focus on solving various automation projects. There may be a need to create custom user interfaces and develop smaller applications to improve your processes.

Tools

We work in Windows with programming languages such as C# for the .Net Framework, .Net Core 2, or JavaScript.

The tools we use, among other, are:

MS Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, GIT, ANTS Performance Profiler, Fiddler web debugging, ILSpy and .Net decompiler.

We also have experience with WinForms, WPF, SQL Server CLR Integration, dynamic MSIL-code generation, Advanced .Net reflection, Agile development and Unit Test Automation.
